Vertical Construction Inspection & Management

Prudent’s vertical construction professionals provide clients with cost-effective solutions to meet project needs by following rigorous standards for project management, staff performance, and project execution. Our staff provide full- and part-time inspection services for projects of varying sizes, including ground-up institutional, commercial, residential, and structural construction and rehabilitation; site preparation, site grading and stakeout, Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) footing and foundations, sub/superstructure demolition; facility electrical, heating ventilation and air conditioning, roofing, curb, sidewalk, and parking lot replacement; and confined space projects. In addition, Prudent carries multiple staff that are certified in NYS Building Codes capable of providing Code Enforcement and Building Inspections. Our NICET-certified/equivalent construction inspectors have the latest required training and certifications, including ACI Certification, AIC, CCM, NETTCP Soil and Aggregate Inspector Certification, and OSHA Safety training accreditations. The inspectors and engineers at Prudent offer expertise in CPM scheduling, shop drawing review, work and jobsite safety, construction administration, and project closeout.
